I’m passionate about what I do. I am deeply invested in working with people willing to step into their greatness. My biggest fear is you will continue to feel stuck because you believe this is as good as your life could be. I want to hold space for you to help you get unstuck in ways that surprise you!
I stay up to date on new techniques and trainings that allow me to further assist those I work with. Since I value feedback and transparency, we regularly check in on how therapy is working. Brainspotting
I cannot speak highly enough of brainspotting, a mind-body approach that focuses on processing stressors through different eye positions. My favorite part about this approach is that at its core it is focused on using you and your sensations as the guide for healing.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
I strongly believe that our emotions impact our identity and ability to connect to yourself and others. I use EFT to help you gain awareness of your own emotions, move through them without overwhelm and learn to use emotions as one more source of information that assists in decision making.
Mindfulness & Embodiment
I have a deep love for looking within and hearing one’s own voice more loudly than any other. I use mindfulness and meditation exercises in session to help not only with regulating but also as a way of getting in touch with the parts of yourself that are hard to hear amongst the chatter of external stimuli.
Yoga, Tapping & Breathwork
It has been my experience that there are some aspects of life cannot be adequately expressed through words alone. I use breathwork, yoga, tapping and dance in therapy as a way to access these experiences that words cannot reach.

FAQ About Working With Me
Do therapist's ever cry in session?
Yes, I have. For me shedding tears or getting teary eyed is a part of therapy to normalize. A human experience which occurs as we hold space for truth and deep vulnerability.
What happens if I don't do the homework my therapist assigned?
I get it! I know that life can happen and some homework might miss the mark so it is helpful for me to know about not doing it. This let’s us tweak! A pattern of not doing homework, 3+ instances, is often times more of a concern.
Can I ask a therapist personal questions?
Yes, you can. However, for the purpose of therapy revelations about personal matters are only ever divulged if it would assist in helping you reach your goals.
What about when a therapist says something that hurts my feelings?
That can absolutely happen. As a therapist, hurt feelings can occur at times. This feedback allows me to better understand you and provide better services. So, if you are open to talking about what’s happened that allows
What if working with you as my therapist is not working?
That happens! Despite our best efforts you may find that working with me is not the right decision for you. As a therapist, I’m here to make sure that we give you the best access to what you need so that you can experience healing. If that access lies with someone else then I am happy to send you referrals to other therapists who could help.
