How often do we meet for individual counseling?
Online sessions are scheduled weekly.
How long does it take for individual counseling to work?
Many start to experience positive impacts as soon as getting off the discovery call. Sometime just knowing that you have the time and space to focus on what’s been ailing you can provide relief. For others they experience benefits of being understood, knowing they receive caring support and gaining clarity on themselves and what they need within the first 6 sessions or sooner.
